Welcome aboard! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set sail for your journey with Swan Dahabiya and govern your booking and participation in our extraordinary Nile River cruises. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or stepping onto our vessel, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.1 Secure Your Spot:
To embark on this voyage, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including passenger details, contact information, and any specific requests or needs.
2.2 Confirmation Awaits:
Once your reservation is confirmed, a detailed confirmation will be sent to you electronically, outlining your cruise details, dates, and any special arrangements.
2.3 Passage Secured:
Full payment for your cruise is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin and ensure a smooth embarkation.

2.4 Changing Winds, Changing Plans:
Life is full of surprises! Should you need to adjust your booking, our Cancellation Policy (Section 5) outlines the procedures and any applicable fees.
3. Fare Seas & What They Include.
3.1 Pricing the Journey:
Cruise fares are quoted by U$D per double occupancy and single occupancy for luxury cabins for entire trip, for the suite prices quoted by unit during the trip.
If you’re seeking to add child below 12 years there is supplements may apply to secure your private sanctuary.
3.2 Included Delights:
Your cruise fare unlocks a world of wonders, typically including comfortable accommodations, delectable meals onboard, engaging activities, and guided sightseeing excursions as outlined in your chosen itinerary.
3.3 Beyond the Fare:
Airfare to Egypt as well to visa fees (if applicable), travel insurance, gratuities for our exceptional crew, alcoholic beverages (Not provided by the boat) beyond those included in specific packages, and personal expenses are not included in the cruise fare.

4.1 Essential Documents:
Ensure you possess all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity and any required visas for entry into Egypt and other countries visited during your cruise.
4.2 Health & Well-being:
Your health and safety are paramount. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to your cruise so we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
4.3 Respectful Conduct:
We foster a welcoming and respectful environment onboard. We kindly request that all Guests conduct themselves in a manner that respects fellow passengers, our dedicated crew, and the local communities we visit.
5. Navigating Changes in Plans: Cancellation Policy.
5.1 Cancellation Fees:
Should you need to cancel your cruise, cancellation fees may apply based on the time frame before your departure date. Our detailed Cancellation Policy as below:
– Cancellation in 91 days or more before arrival – 25 % of the total amount will be charged.
– Cancellation in 90-31 days before arrival – 75 % of the total amount will be charged.
– Cancellation in 30 days or less before arrival – 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
– In case of a No-Show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied in Force Majeure cases such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, sudden legal changes, or any other reason beyond the guest’s control.
5.2 Travel Insurance:
A Wise Investment: We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment and provide peace of mind in case unforeseen circumstances require you to alter your travel plans.
6. Adapting to the River’s Flow: Itinerary Changes.

The Nile, like life, has its own rhythm. We reserve the right to modify the cruise itinerary or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, river levels, or events beyond our control.

In the event of significant changes, we are committed to providing suitable alternative arrangements to ensure your journey remains captivating and fulfilling.
7. Navigating Responsibilities & Limitations.
7.1 Guest Responsibility:
While we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience, Guests are responsible for their own actions and choices during the cruise.
7.2 Force Majeure:
We cannot be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or unforeseen circumstances.
7.3 Limited Liability:
Our liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the cruise is limited, except in cases where such loss, damage, or injury is a direct result of our negligence.
8. Guiding Principles & Dispute Resolution.
8.1 Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
8.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
